My Idea is to have a special menu when looking into the crew members stats that could send them back to the homebase and they would receive whatever skill points the crew member is supposed to have. Here is a Table:

RED SHIRTS
-Gain 5 (Tactical)Skill Points
PRICE: 1 Red Token/s
-Gain 10 (Tactical) Skill Points
PRICE: 3 Red Token/s

BLUE SHIRTS
-Gain 5 (Science)Skill Points
PRICE: 2 Blue Token/s
-Gain 10 (Science)Skill Points
PRICE: 4 Blue Token/s

YELLOW SHIRTS
-Gain 5 (Engineering)Skill Points
PRICE: 3 Yellow Token/s
-Gain 10 (Engineering)Skill Points
PRICE: 4 Yellow Token/s
Why don't you just let me put your brain in a glass bowl i mean its not like the end of the world!
(Only one reported case of fish in a Cortex's glass bowl it touched the brain dead.)

This is very interesting. We have a mechanic going into the game that might make this work really well. A novel way of looking at tokens as well.
