Hired crew skill specific to token spent

Pretty much what the tooltip said - any thoughts on starting the crew you recruit with a little bonus XP specific to the token you spend? This would give it some meaning, other than just a place to offload less-used tokens. 3 or 5 levels wouldn't be enough to unbalance things, or to make players hesitant to spend tokens because they're the wrong type for their need, but it would give some meaning to the expenditure.

Good idea, also plan to add higher skilled for more/better token types in the future
