Improper Crew Totals

Just finished the first mission, having bought the machine gun, and dodge generator, using all remaining tokens to get my Crew to 11 / 12. (this photo is at earth after finishing off the antorian scout at mercury, crew hiring window opened to show total crew, not sure if this is displayed at another window).

Crew Assignment as follows:
Bridge: Captain, 2 Hired Crew
Dodge Generator: 2 Hired Crew
Engine: 4 Hired Crew
Machine Gun: 2 Hired Crew

Every room at 99%, Captain is counting 2x to give 99% to the bridge and full staffing to any room the bridge influences.

Ship View - not the best shot, shows 3 on bridge, 2 in dodge generator, 2 in machine gun, and 4 in engine.

Crew Hiring - Shows Crew on board.

Bridge - Shows Captain counting as two crew to give 99/99.

I believe the captain is only supposed to be counted one time, and as a result, would not give a full bridge bonus, but instead a 75% bonus for only having 3 of 4 crew assigned to the bridge, and also not giving a full bridge bonus to both the dodge generator, and machine gun (should get like 17/25 or 18/25, depending on how you round :))

Captains are worth two crew slots for an extra bonus, but only if you don't already have max crew assigned and inside that room (2 or 4). This is so you can, for example, send out a tactical crew from the bridge to fight and still keep room output at max.
