Not sure what you expect to be informed of? They are attempting to figure things out and keeping a public list of "tried this, didn't work; tried that, didn't work either" isn't helpful for any parties.

I can talk to them but I do not know much more then they are working on it as fast as they can.

@Glacian, I've been in IT for 10 years, and at every place I have worked, it's been customary to update customers every 48 hrs until a reported issue is resolved. If nothing else, it at least let's people feel like they aren't being ignored and that their issue is being taken seriously. I would prefer any update over none at all.

You aren't talking to a fully staffed IT department, you're talking to the developers of the game.

I agree that people like to be updated even if it's nothing but "Shut up and go away, we're working on it". But you also have to keep in mind the resources that are available here. Devoting resources to responding on the forums takes resources away from fixing the problems we complain about.

Sorry for the spam, just giving more informations. The adb log I sent previously is for a crash on start similar to the one reported by Julian88888888.

So they have a 3 man team currently and I help run the web based stuff for free, on my own time, and remote. When they have an update they always publish it on Facebook as soon as they have it, otherwise there is nothing of importance to note. Its not like they have a devoted public relations guy/gal currently =\

That being said, it was patched this weekend and should be working hopefully now.

Having the same issue. Samsung Galaxy S3 running Android 4.3.1. However, I'm having this issue with the download from the Google Play Store. I have not payed for nor tried to download the Humble Bundle version or its update. Perhaps the same update could be put up on Google Play?
