got some little annoying bugs

1- when you hire someone and press decline you cant hire them again also when you do sometimes the green hire button is there but u have already hired him
2- i found a derelict zombie ship and teleported my crew over and the teleport animation was there on the crew and it wont go away and that some zombies after u kill them they wont die and your crew wont fire at them but they can harm you.sooo yeh thats that
